At Sampolia Hair & Beauty, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, hair, wigs, beauty and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been opened, worn or used.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with a suitable resolution.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is incorrect, damaged or faulty. Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
